• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.
• 1 Bet is not liable for unconfirmed bets resulting from system or network issues, but we will always work to resolve such situations.
• If an odds entry contains an obvious error, 1 Bet reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• Any involvement in fraud or match-fixing will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals on 1 Bet are fully transparent. Transactions are supported via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 and minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly, with a maximum processing time of 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go through Mobile Pay.
• If you accept a deposit bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified rollover (wagering) requirements must be fulfilled.

• Bonuses that reach their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Any unusual betting patterns or manipulation to exploit bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
